Q3.Can I get some sample before place order and how long for a sample? 

hey:Yes, and sample are always free, Delivery time 1-3 days,If customtomized samples, Cost are
various according to your art work. 7-15 days for a pre-production sample

Q4.Can you label or decorate the pacakge ?

hey:Yes, we can. We could offer various printing ways: the screen printing, hot stamping, offset printing,
labeling and etc

Q5.How long can i expect to receive my goods after i place order?

hey:Our production time are always 20-25days after pre-production sample confirmation .

Q6.What’s your packing method?

hey:Heypack provide standard export carton packing to make sure safety delivery .
We also accept the special packing method according to customer’s design

Q7.How do you ship the finished products?

hey:Heypack could provide any kinds shipping way for the customer . By sea By Plane with FCL or LCL. and By counters:
TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS.etc

Q8.the way of payment?

hey: We accept payment as the following,30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery 30% T/T deposit,
the balance L/C 100% TT in advance, Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.

Q9. How do you control the quality?

hey: We will make samples before mass production and test them , after sample approved, we will begin mass
production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures

after packing.
