We are a private enterprise that focuses on production and selling of all kinds of package and containers. Over the past 15 years, we have offered package service for more and more enterprises. We are dedicated to the improvement of the design level of our business.

General Terms

By accessing and connecting to the Website from any device including but not limited to; browsing the Catalogue via the Website, reading other sections of the Website or making contact via the Website, You agree to accept and abide by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy which also contains information regarding Cookies and their use. If You disagree in full or in part with these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, You should leave the Website and cease to use its services immediately. Heypack may from time to time change or update all or part of these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy. Heypack therefore advises you to read the Terms of Service regularly and print a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference.

Access to the Website is free of charge. Access to the Website is permitted on the basis that Heypack may, at its discretion and without notice, modify/ cancel/ interrupt/ suspend any part of the Website or the whole of it. Heypack holds no liability to you or any third party, should any part or the whole of the Website not be reachable, accessible or available for any reason whatsoever.

The information provided on the Website, and within the Catalogue, is for general information only and does not constitute or construct a sale or purchase agreement or offer of any kind. Additional information may be requested via ‘CONTACT US’ page of the Website.

Wholesale Only

Heypack sells its complete offering wholesale to Business Customers, while also serving individuals. Generally the minimum order is 10000 pieces per design.

Payment

We accept payment as the following. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery 30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C 100% TT in advance, Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.

Private Label

We could offer various printing ways: the screen printing, hot stamping, offset printing,
labeling and etc.

Cancellations

Our production time are always 20-25days after pre-production sample confirmation. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items / Order Errors

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.

Force Majeure

Heypack is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver caused by acts of God; severe weather; war; common disaster; fires; strikes; labor disruptions; delays in delivery of material or goods by suppliers; imposition of governmental embargoes, regulations, price limitations or controls; accident; delays of common carriers; delays in customs clearance; or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond Heypack’s reasonable control. Any delivery date may be extended, at Heypack’s option, to the extent of any delay resulting from a force majeure event.
